Changge Huida Photographic Material Co., Ltd is located in Dazhou township, Changge city, which owns convenient transportation and be called outstanding place of industrial Zone. Our company is adjacent to the Jingguang railway, 107 national road and Jinghzhu freeway in the west, 40km from Zhengzhou international airport. Huida covers an area of 18000 square meters; its production is divided into east, middle, west, and south four parts. We are the manufacturer of PS/UV-CTP (CTcP) /CTP Plate, producing 15 million square meters high quality plates. Our company has 150 employees, including 76 senior technicians and technicians and possesses a high technological level in printing consumables industry. Huida company has two production assembly lines of single PS Plate in the beginning, specializing in the production of PS Plate and regeneration PS Plate, Later. We research and develop a high speed assemble line for PS Plate( 10m per minute). In the process of coating, we use the import equipment which can produce the widest surface 1.32m of PS Plate. This equipment is used specially for original PS Plate, not for regeneration.
In 2010, we purchased a 1350type CTP/UV-CTP(CTcP)/PS Automatic roll-type continuous production line , therefore we have three production lines and raise a great output.
We take advantage of international advanced multilayer yarn grains technological level, this can make our products possess stable quality, good level reducing, strong anti pollution, high resolution and great pressrun. Our products have passed standard of National HG/T2694-2003, ISO9001-2008 quality management system certification.
